Indigo Therapy Values

What I believe

  • Healing is a journey, not a destination. Growth takes time, and every step forward matters.

  • You are not broken. You have the strength within you to heal and transform.

  • Everyone deserves a safe space. Judgment-free, compassionate support is essential for true healing.

  • Your feelings are valid. No emotion is too big or too small to explore.

  • Self-awareness leads to change. Understanding yourself is the first step toward transformation.

  • Boundaries are an act of self-respect. Healthy relationships start with honoring your own needs.

BASED IN CHARLOTTE, NC

Many individuals struggle with feeling disconnected, out of their bodies, anxious, or persistently down; often blaming themselves for their behaviors and emotions. If you’re someone who relates with these feelings, please know that you’re not alone. I specialize in helping individuals like you create meaning, connect to your body, and find purpose in your life, while continually moving forward.

My therapeutic philosophy is guided in the belief that most individuals have the capacity for healing, growth, empowerment, and self-exploration. I aim to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can explore your emotions, understand your past life experiences, and develop the skills necessary for healing and progressing forward. My practice is affirming, all-encompassing, and validating regardless of where you come from or the story you’ve given yourself.

I bring over 6 years of counseling experience, specializing in helping people navigate the challenges of both historical and recent traumas, as well as major life transitions. My clients are often dealing with varying levels of stressors including: grief, anxiety, sadness, and a history of trauma, which can ultimately hinder their ability to sustain relationships, feel confident in their attempts, set boundaries/goals, find happiness, or revel in the fullness of a life that integrates their whole self. My approach focuses on helping clients understand and process their experiences, empowering them to regain control over their lives.
