    • We provide individual therapy for adults, couples therapy, and family therapy.

    • We specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

  • Do you accept insurance?

    • At this time, we are in network with BlueCross BlueShield of North Carolina, TRICARE Humana Military, Cigna, Aetna, and United Healthcare commercial plans. We are happy to offer sliding scale fees as a way to keep therapy accessible to all.

    • If we are out of network with your insurance carrier, we can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • What are your fees for out-of-network clients?

    • Our fee for individual therapy sessions is $130 per one hour session.

    • Our fee for couples therapy sessions is $150 per one hour session.

    • We can discuss payment options, including payment plans, during your initial consultation.

    • Sliding scale fees are available to those in need of financial support.

  • What should I expect in my first session?

    • The first session will involve an intake interview where we will discuss your concerns, therapy goals, and treatment preferences.

    • We will gather information about your history, symptoms, and current challenges.

    • This is an opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about therapy.

  • Is therapy confidential?

    • Yes, therapy is confidential with some exceptions (e.g., danger to self or others, and child abuse).

    • We will go over and discuss the limits of confidentiality during our first session.

  • How do I schedule an appointment?

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    • We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

    • Missed appointments may be subject to a fee.
