  • Individual Therapy

    Counseling can improve our quality of life and provide us with the tools necessary to heal and move forward in life. This may look like meeting with a specialized therapist weekly for talk therapy, somatic based approaches, or a more structured approach to treatment. Our therapists are trained in EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), Somatic Therapies (Somatic Experiencing), and Pranayama and/or Breath-work Therapies.

  • Couples Counseling

    Understanding your partner’s needs while honoring your own can be challenging. When two people come together it can oftentimes be confusing and a battle of “give and take.” If you are looking to improve the quality of your connectedness and union, couples counseling can be a wonderful guide in leading you to experiencing a cohesive partnership. Regardless of your circumstances, it’s helpful to seek out support regarding your relationship status.

  • Consulting

    Indigo Therapy strives to be a resource for our community members and local businesses. We are happy to provide several services including: presentations and workshop facilitation, executive stress and wellness programs, executive coaching trainings, communication skills and coaching guides, and business and organizational consulting services.

  • Trauma

    Trauma can present as acute or chronic. Some adults are walking through life with a history of childhood trauma that stems from abuse, neglect, persistent feelings of being unsafe, or instability in daily living. This may look like growing up in a home with violence, lack of resources, and very little support from family members or community. Some individuals may also experience trauma from natural disasters, physical harm, accidents, or extenuating circumstances. Regardless of your experience, current or historical, we can help guide you on your recovery.

  • Grief

    Any loss can leave us feeling inconsolable, numb, devastated, and completely off balance. Grief can be experienced in a variety of ways and oftentimes we don’t even realize it until we’re struggling to cope, find the voice of reason, and soothe our broken hearts. We understand and can help you navigate any loss you may be experiencing.

  • Depression

    Depression affects around 25 million adults in the United States alone. The symptoms can range from feeling detached, extreme fatigue, spells of crying and debilitating sadness, to sleeping in excess. Many people today never get clinically diagnosed and silently suffer with their symptoms. We know how painful and isolating this can be and have tools to help shine a little light are your dark experience.

  • Anxiety

    Anxiety and similar diagnoses can leave us feeling out of control, paralyzed by fear, and unable to take risks. The good news is that there are many evidenced-based tools to help individuals overcome these symptoms and live a much more fulfilling life. We know how unrelenting and intrusive this illness can be.
